From 11 April, the wearing of face masks is mandatory in healthcare facilities and recommended in spaces where social distancing is difficult.

Overland borders have reopened to non-resident foreign travellers who do not require a visa. Air and maritime travellers from all countries are also allowed entry. A return or onward ticket is required for entry and must be presented at customs upon arrival. Cruise tourism has resumed.
Effective 1 April, a completed digital health pass and proof of travel insurance are no longer required for travellers.

Self-quarantine is no longer required for arriving travellers. Travellers will be subject to health screenings, including taking temperature readings, and must follow any other sanitary instructions - including a possible seven to 14-day isolation order upon arrival. Travellers must secure lodging for the duration of quarantine if required to isolate. Returning citizens and residents may be required to quarantine when arriving through land borders.

Public transport has resumed at 100 percent capacity, and vehicle movement restrictions have been lifted nationwide.
Others
From 1 April, all businesses and establishments may operate at 100 percent capacity at their regular working hours.
On 5 November 2021, authorities announced that all children aged five and up must get vaccinated against COVID-19.
