LTR is Long-Term Resident Visa. Requirements for the applicant:
- Personal income of a minimum of USD 80,000 / year in the past two years
- In case of personal income below USD 80,000/year but no less than USD 40,000/year in the past two years or before retirement, applicants must have a Master’s degree or above in science and technology or special expertise relevant to the job assignment in Thailand
- No minimum personal income for professionals working for Thai government agencies
- Business in any targeted industries
- Higher education institution, research institution, specialized training institution, or Thai government agency
- At least 5 years of work experience in the targeted industries except for applicants with a PhD or above in the relevant fields of the targeted industries or applicants working for Thai government agencies
- Health insurance with at least USD 50,000 coverage or social security benefits insuring treatment in Thailand or at least USD 100,000 deposit

- Evidence of an intellectual property ownership (optional)
- Evidence of obtaining series A funding no less than 1 million USA (optional)
- Health insurance policy covering entire course of stay in Thailand, with coverage for hospitalization treatment of no less than 50,000 USD OR
- Evidence showing valid social security benefits which insures hospitalization and treatment in Thailand OR
- Financial evidence showing a deposit of no less than 100,000 USD in a bank account which has been held for no less than 12 months at the time of applic
- Evidence of employment contract or service contract with entity or a letter signed by an authorized person) which include details of employment e.g. position, contract term and income
- Financial evidence showing an income in current year e.g. bank statement
- Annual personal income tax return showing income of no less than 80,000 or 40,000 USD per year in the past 2 year
